Horrible to deal with. Be ready to be disappointed.

Frightening actually. I have made a few purchases with them. Their website is terrible. You can order things but they are out and then they fill part of the order. Ok, so that can happen, but let me explain what happened to me.
I made an order on july 14, 2020. They ran out of some items so they finally prepared the shipping on August 14, 2020 and billed me for the items they were shipping. I contacted them several times about where the package was. They told me it was delivered. I never received it. After spending an hour on the phone with FedEx, I was informed that FedEx returned the package to Ironman because the package was damaged! I never received anything. I contacted them by email, because they will not answer the phone, and they said they can only fill some of the items (the returned items were restocked and sent to another person). They said they would give me a Credit for the items that were damaged.
Then they turned around and billed me for both the original items, which I paid for on August 14th and billed me for the credit I was supposed to receive.
They billed me twice for the products they still have not shipped and billed me 3 times for the items that were damaged!
My only recourse was to submit a dispute with my credit card company.
They don’t respond to emails within a week, they do not answer the phone and they get everything wrong.

Hopefully they will review this and call me, but I doubt it.
Every other order suffered significant delays. Incorrect items, they don’t process returns. Horrible. Awful.
They should have realized that the package they received was a return from the shipper and in stead of restocking and selling some items, they should have shipped the undamaged items to me and issued me a credit. Instead they charge me again and again and still I have nothing to show for all this.
So frustrating.
It is now September 4 and I ordered on July 14 and haven’t received a thing. Nothing.
